Some Model 3's have a different air sensor, but both options are covered with this kit. Made from robust, yet lightweight 6061-T6 Aerospace Aluminum, with factory-matched trim panels, once installed this will look 100% like it came that way from the factory. Please refer to our FAQ for more details. Notes: This does, of course, require removal of the screen, this is at your risk as we cannot be responsible for any damage. This is a straight-forward process, and the video below shows the step-by-step process, but please ensure you're comfortable with the process before purchasing. After installation, the screen sits around 1.5 (45mm) lower and nearer you. If you have a 2nd-gen center console (with the felt Qi-charger) and use a larger phone, the top of the phone screen may be obscured by the center screen. Since the Qi -charging of larger phones is very hit or miss anyway, it doesn't bother us at all.
