So ic have find my solution an PCIe USB C Card with USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 Type with SATA Power Connenctor, now the Quest gets nice Performence and is loading as well. The on Board USB C of my Mainboard was 3.1 standard and has not enough Power to load the Quest.
